Click on “Book Now” button
On the “Check Room Availability” screen that comes up, the guest just needs to enter their arrival date, choose the “Number of Nights” they are staying, enter the adults/children info and then enter the above group number into the “Group ID” field
*Please note;Â this will only work if the guest chooses a stay within the block dates where inventory is being held, IF the guest wishes to book any dates outside of the block that do not have held inventory, they have to call-in, it will not work online.
